Japanese restaurant YO! Sushi is trialling a flying tray called the “iTray” in its flagship UK outlet in Soho, London to celebrate the release of its new burger.
The iTray is a quadcopter, a helicopter with four rotors, which can be controlled by an iPad, and there are rumours that the chain may introduce the gadget to all 64 UK restaurants if the trial is successful and there aren’t any major accidents.
