Two men dressed as superman and flying a huge red cape from their rear window have had their car seized by police.
Officers form the Central Motorway Police Group pulled over the pair on suspicion of driving their rusty Peugeot 106 without insurance near junction 10 on the M42 near Birmingham at around 22:00 on Saturday night.
The police then tweeted the picture of the car and its super hero occupants along with a warning to others, saying:
“Even Superman needs insurance! We don’t work for Lex Luthor but we had to remove Superman’s wheels from the road.”
