Two freshly severed heads wrapped in clingfilm have reportedly been found at a hotel restaurant which was being investigated for serving “human flesh”.
Police officers made the discovery last week at the restaurant in the state of Anambra after a tip-off from a member of the public, and also found weapons including two AK-47s at the premises.
Steaks of human flesh were reportedly being sold for around ₦700 (£2.50) according to witnesses.
The hotel and restaurant have been shut down and the owner, six women and four men have been arrested.
