The “mysterious glowing creature” that was reportedly spotted in Bristol harbour yesterday was in fact a publicity stunt by television channel Watch for upcoming series The Happenings.
The glowing squid-like creature in Bristol harbour was the culmination of months of tricks and hoaxes, with one video of the sighting reaching 120,000 views on YouTube in just a couple of days.
The Happenings is an illusion series that follows magicians Barry and Stuart as they extraordinary movie scenes to life in front of bewildered onlookers in the UK and US.
The Happenings launches on Monday 9th December at 9pm on Watch.
