Much art is created surrounding the Olympics celebrating the athletes or spirit of unity with each country competing on a level playing field for international success in their chosen sport. However, Gustavo Sousa, The Brazilian creative director at Mother London, has decided instead to use the rings to represent the five continents of the world with their relative size reflecting the world in which we live today from population to wealth to obesity and more.

The project, known as oceaniaeuropeamericasafricaasia includes sixteen prints to represent each day of the Olympics
