A video that purports to show a child smoking cannabis has sparked outrage online.
The Vine clip shows a child wearing a Mickey Mouse shirt and sitting on a toilet smoking what appears to be a cannabis joint. A man can be heard laughing hysterically in the background as the toddler exhales.
The video appears to have originally been uploaded by Vine user @ChiefSmokes with the title “Wow f**ked up parents smh“, with the video quickly going viral across the social web, according to the Daily Dot.
One user on the popular website Reddit claims to have reported the incident to police.
