UKIP leader Nigel Farage’s Scotland trip ended in chaos after he was met with protests at every turn calling him a “racist” and telling him to “go home to England”.
Farage had been in Scotland campaigning for the UKIP candidate in the Aberdeen by-election, but continually had to change his plans on the advice of police after he was followed from location to location by protesters. He was due to have tea with Aberdeen Council leader Marie Boulton yesterday, but the meeting was called off after police saw groups organising protests on social media.
Farage’s trip had already faced issues with the Marriott Hotel in Dyce cancelling his reservation to hold a press conference after they allegedly received threats from the Aberdeen Anti-Fascist Alliance, although the hotel group said it was because the hotel was too busy.
Back in May Farage had to be given a police escort through a group of around 50 protesters to flee a press conference, with some calling him “racist Nazi scum”, with Farage describing the protesters as a “feral, baying mob of subsidised students” in an article for The Herald.

ukip are a threat to the partys who lie and decive the people with promises of freedom they show up the lies that we are fed in return for votes to give them the power to do the opposite of all they have said for their own political gain .cheap shots even cheaper headlines from the powers that be that have more power than kings and queens ever had they bribe us with our own tax money to look good then when then bills come in blame some1 else for not sorting it out and true they havent either but they dont want to they are on the same page the lot of them .Salmond wants u to give him the power to to have a bigger slice of the eu gravey train when he has ultimute power to sell u out ,any constitution they are offering wont mean poo as soon as he signs u up 2 the eu hes blagging u and taking u for fools ukip loves u england loves u your politictions are no less deciving than our own selling u a fall dream vote ukip to truley be in control of yr destiney and have the rights the british public have always stood and fought for x
