A Boston agency posted a job listing online for a “director of operations” position at a company called Rehtom Inc, with requirements that sounded utterly brutal, including:

• Degrees in medicine, finance and culinary arts necessary
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
• Crisis management skills a must
• Constantly exerting yourself
• Working from 135 to unlimited hours per week
• No breaks
• No time to sleep
• No holidays
• The work load goes up on Christmas, New Year’s and other holidays

And the position was unpaid.

Despite the requirements, the job still had 24 applicants, with the agency posting the video interviews above.
