A Scottish man who was seen cheering amongst the Uruguay supporters after England lost their second World Cup match last night has confused some English fans.
A mystery man was seen on television coverage cheering for Uruguay while wearing a tartan hat and ginger wig.
However, some internet sleuthing revealed the fan to be 41-year-old Glaswegian Mark McConville, who had been donating football strips to children out in Brazil.
Some were unimpressed with his antics:
A Scotland fan going to watch someone play England is cringeworthy to the highest order
