The Millennium Stadium in Cardiff is renowned as one of the best sporting venues around the world, and as the Six Nations rugby continues this weekend, a video of French free runner Sébastien Foucan leaping across the roof has resurfaced online.

Foucan’s parkour skills has landed him roles in a number of films, including James Bond movie Casino Royal, but leaping across the roof of the Millennium Stadium 50m above the ground as the canopy opened below him is a truly heart-stopping moment.

The four metre leap was originally filmed in 2004 for a documentary called Jump Britain, which you can watch in full for free below.
