Riders are getting their first chance to ride the world’s tallest Ferris wheel, which has opened on the Las Vegas strip.
The 167m LINQ was built by Caesars Entertainment Corp and offers 28 glass-enclosed air-conditioned gondolas, which can each hold up to 40 people.
The LINQ is 32m taller than the 135m tall London Eye, and each ride takes half and hour, with tickets sold for $24.95 (£14.99) during the day and $34.95 (£21) at night.
Developers in New York are reportedly planning an even taller Ferris wheel on Staten Island, which could reach up to 190.5m
