A woman has been arrested for destroying a McDonald’s restaurant in Florida while wearing nothing but bikini bottoms.

Sandra Suarez, 41, became violent and destructive after a member of staff asked her to put on some clothes when she entered the McDonald’s in Pinella Park on 24 March.

A video of Suarez’s topless vandalism, where she threw cash registers onto the floor, tipped over a drinks dispenser, and ate ice-cream directly from the machine, went viral after workers at the restaurant recorded the surveillance with their phone and posted it on the internet.

Police say that she caused about $10,000 in damage and she has been charged with felony criminal mischief and resisting arrest.
