A man has shot and killed his ex-wife and her new lover at a high school reunion, in front of 100 former classmates and friends.
Lori Moore, 33,was attending the reunion gathering with Lance Griffel, 36, at the Fifth Quarter Sports Bar and Pizzeria in East Peoria, Illinois, on Saturday night when her ex-husband James Moore, 40, walked in at around 19:45 local time, according to the Peoria Journal Star.
He immediately opened fire, shooting both his ex-wife and Griffel in the head before he was fatally shot by an off-duty FBI agent who was at the location.
James Moore was pronounced dead at the scene, and both Griffel and Lori Moore died two hours later at OSF St. Francis Hospital.
