Waterloo Bridge closed after drive-by shooting in London

Waterloo Bridge in central London has been closed by police after reports of a drive-by shooting.

Police and the ambulance service arrived at the scene around 20:00 after after reports of a man on a motorcycle shot at a car travelling on the bridge.

A man is his 20 was injured in the incident and was taken to hospital, but his condition is not believed to be life threatening.

Freelance journalist Ben Jackson at the scene said that police “would not confirm any more details”:
