Racists and homophobic abuse continues to be chanted at football grounds across the UK, despite a number of public appeals to address the issue according to an upcoming Dispatches documentary on Channel 4.
Undercover: Hate on the Terraces shows Leicester supporters on the receiving end of Islamophobic chants from Millwall fans and Nottingham Forest fan with police apparently doing little to intervene.
The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) and Football Association (FA) promised to tackle all forms of abuse in football in 2013, but this documentary raises questions about whether police are doing enough to prevent and punish such abuse on the terraces of top-flight football.
Undercover: Hate on the Terraces will be shown on Channel 4 at 21:00 on 3 March.

Perhaps the coppers also want to tackle ticket touting. At spurs yesterday against Cardiff it was the worse it’s ever been and the coppers do nothing. I think they in on the racket
