A man with a fetish for rolling naked in cow manure has been jailed for five years for threatening to kill a family after they tried to get him to stop using their farm for his activities.
Judge Philip Wassall told Exeter Crown Court on Friday that over an eight year period, the obsession of David Truscott, 43, with cow manure escalated from stealing cow pats from Woodbury House Farm in Redruth, Cornwall to repeatedly entering the farm to wallow in slurry while masturbating
When the owners of the farm attempted to stop him from using their property for his sexual pleasures by erecting bollards and removing slurry from their fields, Truscott began a violent campaign of revenge, according to the Independent.
Truscott was jailed three times for setting fire to their shed, enclosures, and tractor, and killing one calf in the process.
In June last year, Truscot told support workers at the hostel where he was staying that he wanted to “get revenge” on the owner of the farm, Mrs Roth, and her 17-year-old son, and threatened to kidnap them in his car.
Truscott, who has autism, was given an extended sentence of ten years, and will spend the first five years receiving hospital treatment and then an extended license period of five years on release.
The judge also imposed a restraining order against Truscott, to keep him from the Roth’s farm.
