A man who fled to the Costa Blanca to avoid justice in the UK is believed to have been kidnapped in Spain by a gang posing as police officers.
Liverpudlian Francis Brennan, 25, fled to Spain before a court appearance for an assault charge last October and was last seen in Javea, Alicante on 24 January when he was reportedly stopped and handcuffed by a group of men posing as police officers who then kidnapped him.
His parents, Carl and Janet Brennan, who admit he was involved in crime, are now appealing for any information that may lead to the discovery of his location.
Merseyside Police are working with the Guardia Civil in Spain and the National Crime Agency to trace Brennan.

They would have been better off ‘kidnapping’ council members or members of the communist and fascist police state enforcers. They are the real criminals.
