Ahead of the release of Jack White’s next solo album release, the former White Stripes frontman is planning on recording and pressing the title track of that record, ‘Lazaretto’, within 24 hours to celebrate Record Store Day.
He plans to record the track at his Third Man Studios in Nashville, Tennesse before sending the song off to United Record Pressing for mastering and pressing for it to be shipped worldwide – hoping to set a world record for the fastest time for record studio to store.
The record will then be pressed for as long as there are people waiting in line to buy it.
