WHAM! Christmas

It’s Christmaaaaaas! That time of year when songs about Santa and sleigh bells are relentlessly shoved down our throats at the supermarket, at work, at the pub, in the shops and round your neighbour’s house for smart price mince pies and shots of Baileys. Ever get the feeling those old songs are never going to run out of steam; that Slade are immortal and the best we can hope from life is the occasional Band Aid? Think again! Us here at DrunkenWerewolf have rubbed our mitts together and come up with the perfect Christmas countdown – a list of songs that won’t make us sicker than too much chocolate, with just enough bite to compliment port and wine we’ll all be chugging as Father Christmas comes crawling down the chimney.

Check out our playlist below, cackle at the occasional slip into normality, grump with the grinches, fear for the sanity of some and laud over the ingenuity of others. After all, it happens but once a year.
