A woman from South Carolina was arrested for failing to return a video she rented nine years ago.
Kayla Michelle Finley, 27, described the whole incident as a waste of police time as she spent a night in the cells for failing to return the 2005 Jennifer Lopez and Jane Fonda movie Monster-in-Law to Dalton Video.
The owner of the video rental store filed a warrant against Finley in 2005 after the woman had failed to return the video within a month, but the law finally caught up with Finley when she recently visited a police station to report a different matter to the police even though Dalton Video has since closed.
