A video that appears to show a naked man climbing out of a window at Buckingham Palace has gone viral with over 230,000 views in under 24 hours.

The video, posted to YouTube by a Swedish user named Anders Dahlberg on 27 February, shows tourist scene of Buckingham Palace, before panning up to show a naked man climbing out of a third-storey window and attempting to descend to the ground on a rope made our of bedsheets.

However, before he managed to climb too far, the man falls from the rope and out of site of the camera, behind the palace’s gates.

It is currently unclear whether the film is a marketing stunt or just an internet prank, but with a new television series based on the debauched exploits of a fake British monarchy on E! starting in two weeks, they are the most likely culprits.
