Hezbollah has built a multi-million dollar theme park celebrating its military victories over Israel. It’s the latest PR offensive from the Iranian-funded Shia Muslim militia its followers call the “Party of God.”
Syrian government forces claim to have regained complete control of Damascus and that they are making inroads into rebel held areas in Aleppo as hundreds of thousands of Syrian civilians flee the fighting.
Government forces have started to regain control of many of the areas in Damascus showing their superior firepower. In the business capital of Aleppo the rebels have taken control of large parts of the city and are withstanding heavy artillery shelling from government forces.
More than 200 people are reported to have been killed in the Syrian village of Tremseh, as government shelling from land and air was followed up by pro-Assad militia “death squads”.
