Heavy clashes continue around Syria following the massacres by both sides yesterday as President Bashar al-Assad urged his military to further up the ante against the rebels.
The fighting continues in Aleppo, Damascus, and across Syria with atrocities being committed by both sides in this increasingly splintered civil war
Syrian government forces claim to have regained complete control of Damascus and that they are making inroads into rebel held areas in Aleppo as hundreds of thousands of Syrian civilians flee the fighting.
As battles are being fought across Syria by the Free Syrian Army and other opposition and Islamic groups against government forces, all ayes are on Aleppo as there is an increasing military build up around the city by Assad’s forces.
Government forces have started to regain control of many of the areas in Damascus showing their superior firepower. In the business capital of Aleppo the rebels have taken control of large parts of the city and are withstanding heavy artillery shelling from government forces.
