Boston police have arrested three additional suspects in regard to the bombs at the Boston Marathon on 15th April which killed three people and injured more than 260.
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the surviving suspect in the recent bombings at the Boston Marathon that killed three and injured more than 180 people, has been charged with using a weapon of mass destruction, the US Department of Justice says.
This is an open letter written following the bombings at the Boston Marathon, and addressed to US President Barack Obama, US Vice-President Joe Biden, the Governor of Massachusetts, Mr Deval Patrick, theMayor of Boston, Mr Thomas M. Menino, and a number of other high ranking US politicians.

A policeman has been shot dead at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) campus, followed by a reported police chase, and heavy gunfire and explosions in the Watertown area of Boston.
