A Channel 4 documentary has confirmed the rumour that French military leader Napoleon had a “very tiny” penis.
The “discovery” was made as part of the research for the Dead Famous DNA television series, where scientists investigate DNA from relics of figures from Adolf Hitler to Marilyn Monroe.
In tonight’s episode the team travel to New Jersey in the US to see Napoleon’s penis, which was bought at auction by Evan Lattimer’s father in 1977. The sexual organ is believed to have been cut off by a resentful doctor during his autopsy.
Describing the discovery, Mark Evans of the programme said:
“I’ve seen a lot of penises, from a Chihuahua to a Sperm Whale. This is so withered.”
Dead Famous DNA airs tonight at 21:00 on Channel 4.
