TSSA members will no longer take industrial action today after union leaders reportedly reached a deal with London Underground (LU) over ticket office closures.
The other union taking part in the strikes, RMT, are to meet with LU bosses this afternoon to discuss a possible agreement.
Talks have been taking place between LU and the unions at conciliation service Acas.
Tube strikes were planned to start at 21:00 on Tuesday over plans to close all Tube ticket offices with the loss of around 1000 jobs, following a 48-hour Tube strike last week.
