Publicist Max Clifford has been found guilty on eight counts of indecent assault on women and girls as young as 15 by a jury at Southwark Crown Court.
His offences spanned a period of 18 years, and he is the first conviction under Operation Yewtree, that was launched in the wake of the Jimmy Savile revelations.
Clifford was cleared of two further charges, and the jury was unable to reach a verdict on one other.
The 71-year-old, has been bailed until Friday when he will return for sentencing.
