Dwayne Johnson, also know as the Rock, has revealed that nearly 50 members of the crew were fired from the set of the upcoming film Hercules for allegedly attempting to leak pictures of him playing the mythical Greek hero.

Movie studio Paramount Pictures were trying to keep Johnson’s hair and makeup a secret, and that meant sacking anyone who tried to leak images from the set. Johnson told Cinema Blend:

“I would say maybe close to 50 people were fired – crew members – all trying to sneak pictures.”

Johnson’s looks may have been kept a secret, but the former wrestling star was allowed to tweet photographs form the set himself with the blessing of the studio.
