A British holidaymaker is in mourning after his wife plunged 30ft (9m) to her death from a wall in Cala En Porter on the Balearic Island of Menorca.
Ben Filtcroft, 34, had gone home early and left his wife partying with friends on Friday night, but when he awoke the next morning his wife was missing. He called some friends, but no-one had scene her since the night before.
He then heard an ambulance outside and rushed to the scene to find his wife Kay Wiltcroft, 30, motionless after falling off a wall and fallen 30ft down a crevice on the way home the previous night.
Wiltcroft was transferred by air ambulance to Palma de Mallorca, but a devastated Filtcroft was informed on Sunday morning that his wife had passed away, according to the Lancashire Evening Post.
