Police have appealed for help in finding a man who was seen driving while naked from the waist down and harassing pedestrians in south-west London.
The man was described by a number of witnesses as acting suspiciously and driving while naked from the waist down on Dean Road in Hampton at around 15.25 on 4 November.
The police believe that the same man pursued a woman in his car along Hanworth Road on 18 November, causing her to run away in fright. However, it is not thought that the man was partially nude at the time.
The man has been described as white, aged between 25 and 32 years old, with short brown hair and riving a blue or silver car.
