TfL sarcastically tells commuter to “leave early” to avoid being late in Twitter spat

Transport for London (TfL) has found itself embroiled in a Twitter spat with a commuter, after @LDNOverground told a commuter complaining about trains being late to “leave early”.

Frustrated by his delays in the morning that were causing him to be late to work @Dan_Down tweeted:

However, London Overground did not seem to be in an apologetic mood and replied:

The commuter was far from impressed with that response:

But it seems the damage was done:
