A teaching assistant at the University of Iowa accidentally emailed her class a zip file containing nude photos of herself rather than their homework assignment.
Yesterday, the TA assistant was supposed to be emailing her class a set of answers to some maths problems, but appears to have attached an entirely different zip file, instead containing screenshots her “cyber-sexing” as well as some animated GIFs of the escapades. Whoops.
The innocuous-sounding email had an attachment called 2013_09_21.zip.zip and read:
Hi Class,
I attach the solutions for number 76 and 78 in this email.

This morning the assistant was back in class, attempting to act as if nothing had happened – although those in her class described the situation as extremely awkward. However, within a few hours she was no longer assigned to that class, and was performing only “non-teaching” duties according to a school spokesman.
The University of Iowa has been ranked as the top “party school” in the US, and receiving nude photos from members of staff will only add to that reputation…
