An obese man has been caught trying to hide his stash of drugs and a handgun under his rolls of belly fat in Florida, US.
Christopher Mitchell, 42, was arrested on suspicion of cannabis possession on Friday after police pulled over the car he was in as he was not wearing a seat belt.
When police officers approached the car, Mitchell claimed that at 204kg he was too big to fit a seatbelt, but the officers noticed him and the driver acting nervously and so brought out the sniffer dog.
The dog alerted the policemen to 23 grams or marijuana, some cocaine, a handgun, and $7,000 in cash stuffed into a tube sock and hidden under a roll of belly fat, reported NBC Miami.
Both men were arrested at the scene.
