A trainee lawyer from Siberia has won the title of “longest legs in Russia”, measuring 42″ (106cm) from ankle to hip.
Anastasia Strashevskaya, 18, won £1,600 after beating stiff competition from 52 women in an online poll, and plans to spend her winnings on a present for her parents and donating to charity.
It is the teenager’s dream to become a lawyer, so she will not be dropping out of her course at Novosibirsk Institute of Law or let modelling offers distract her. She said:
“I have wanted to be a lawyer since school and deliberately came to this institute…I will not leave it under any circumstances and in the future I want to engage in civil law.”
