A 10-year-old boy in Norway has tried to claim he was a dawrf to get out of trouble with his parents after stealing and crashing their car.
The adventurous boy took his 18-month-old sister with him as he tried to drive the 60km from his home in Dokka to his grandparents house.
He reportedly travelled around 10km on the icy roads before veering off and crashing the car. Luckily, the boy and his sister were soon found by a snowplow driver who alerted the police, but rather than admitting his real name and getting his parents involved, the boy tried to claim he was a dwarf that had forgotten his license.
Neither of the children were injured in the accident, and the car was not damaged according to police.
