US: CCTV footage shows bus passengers overcoming armed robber

Dramatic CCTV footage has emerged of bus passengers overpowering an armed robber who was trying to steal their mobile phones and wallets.

Trevonnte Brown, 19, was searching the bus for his next victim, but when he pointed his gun in the face of one passenger listening to his mp3 player, that passenger fought back, and was helped out by his fellow passengers.

The video is now being used as evidence against the teenager at his trial, where he has pleaded guilty to four robbery charges including one nine days prior to this bus attack.
