Two people have been killed, and another 22 injured, after a shooting at a house party in Houston, Texas.
More than 100 people were at a house party in the Cypress suburb of Houston when two shooters started firing at the attendees, killing a man and a woman. One died at the scene, with the other being evacuated to Cypress Fairbanks Medical Center Hospital before dying from their injuries.
22 people were also injured from flying bullets and the resulting chaos and panicked rush to escape to safety, with the injuries ranging from “critical to minor” according to Harris County Sheriff’s Office. Those injured in the attack have been taken to five different hospitals in the area for treatment.
The police are currently seeking two suspects who are still at large.
