The wife of the British man found murdered on the Indonesian island of Bali has admitted to ordering his murder, the police have said.
Robert Kelvin Ellis, 60, was found wrapped in a plastic sheet with his hands tied and throat slit in a ditch between the towns of Ubud and Kuta on the south of the island.
Indonesian police told the BBC that Ellis’ Indonesian wife had admitted to ordering the killing, and has been arrested.
A local man suspected of carrying out the killing has been arrested.
Ellis is understood to have lived on Bali for a number of years and his wife was the person who originally reported him as missing.
