Two people have died and more than fifty people have been injured after a coach crash in Cornwall.

Police were called to an incident on the A387 at Morval, near Looe, after reports that a coach had crashed into a wall.

Fire and ambulance teams were also called to the scene, with three air ambulances in attendance.

Nine people are reported to have serious injuries, five are described as having serious but not life threatening injuries and 40 were able to walk to a nearby village hall to be assessed by doctors.

Two passengers have died from their injuries, but no personal details have yet been released.

The A387 at Morval has been closed to traffic.
