Former BBC Radio 1 DJ Dave Lee Travis is to face a retrial over two outstanding charges of indecent and sexual assault.
Earlier this month, a jury at Southwark Crown Court found Travis not guilty on 12 counts of indecent assault, but were unable to reach a verdict on two outstanding charges.
The outstanding charges relate to an alleged sexual assault on a journalist in 2008, and an allegeation of indecent assault dating back to the 1990s.
Travis, who was given bail and is due back in court on 28th March said outside the court:
“The last time I stood here I told you that I’d been through 18 months of a nightmare and apparently I was wrong, because the nightmare is now going to go on”
