The world’s most pierced man, Rolf Buchholz, claims that he was denied entry to Dubai because officials believed he was linked to “black magic”.

Buchholz, 55, had been due to appear at the Cirque le Soir nightclub in Dubai’s Fairmont Hotel when he was told he was barred from entering the emirate for “security reasons”.

The German holds the Guinness World Record for his 453 piercings and body modifications, mostly to to face and genitals, which include silicone “horn” implants in his forehead and a split tongue.

The record holder got his first piercing at 15 years old and currently works as an IT professional for Germany’s largest telecoms company.
