Watch the controversial assassination scene from The Interview, which Sony has been forced to cancel after a hacking campaign orchestrated from within North Korea.

The scene, which shows Kim Jong-un, played by Randall Park, being engulfed in flames after his helicopter is hit by a rocket was leaked by hackers from a group known as the Guardians of Peace in an attempt to stop Sony from screening the film.

A rough cut of the scene was approved by at least two officials from the US State Department according to leaked Sony emails published by the Daily Beast.

The Interview was due for release on 25 December, but Sony has since cancelled its release of the film after the hackers threatened cinema-goers.
